  8. upon us and we like you to take this opportunity to invite our past umpires to
  9. register early.  As in the past you will also have the chance to sign up at
  10. our regular registration times. We will be offering our usual umpire clinics
  11. and will inform everyone as soon as we know. To register early fill out the
  12. enclosed form  and mail it or drop it off at the following location.
